Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Rules

1.1. Cancellation terms are determined by the Event Organizer.

1.2. Sabai.travel publishes information provided by Organizers and is not responsible for its accuracy.

1.3. Information on the service is updated as Organizer updates or User feedback are received.

2. Cancellation by the User

2.1. Cancellation is possible only under the conditions specified in the Event description.

2.2. Sabai.travel service fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

3. No-Show

3.1. A User’s absence at the designated time is considered actual use of the service.

3.2. Refunds in this case are not provided.

4. Cancellation by the Organizer

4.1. Reasons: weather conditions, technical issues, force majeure, insufficient group size, regulatory restrictions.

4.2. Sabai.travel informs the User, but the refund decision is made by the Organizer.

5. Force Majeure

Sabai.travel is not responsible for delays, storms, road conditions, vehicle breakdowns, national park restrictions, flight cancellations, or other circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
