Safety & Liability Disclaimer

The User acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Activity Risks 

Participation in excursions, water sports, rental of jet skis, ATVs, motorboats, safaris, hiking, snorkeling, diving and other activities involves risks: injuries, property damage, drowning, collisions, animal bites, weather hazards, and other unforeseen situations.

2. User Responsibility

The User bears personal responsibility for: their health and physical condition, following the Organizer’s instructions, using protective equipment, having the necessary licenses/permits, assessing weather conditions.

3. Sabai.travel Responsibility

Sabai.travel is not liable for: accidents, Organizer actions, equipment malfunctions, incorrect routes or delays, unmet expectations. The User waives any claims against Sabai.travel related to the risks of participating in Activities.
