Service Agreement

This document is the official offer of Sabai Travel Co., Ltd. to an unlimited number of persons to conclude an agreement for booking third-party services through the Sabai.travel platform. Placing an Order on the Service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. Sabai.travel provides the User with the ability to book services of Organizers through the Service.

1.2. Sabai.travel is not a party to the service provision transaction.

2. Order Procedure

2.1. The User selects the Event, provides the required data, and pays for it using the method indicated on the Event page.

2.2. Sabai.travel sends the Order confirmation to the contact details provided by the User.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. Prices are set by the Organizers.

3.2. Payment is made through third-party payment services or by the methods indicated on the Event page.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1. Cancellation rules are determined by the Organizer and are specified on the service page. 

4.2. No-show — non-refundable.

5. Liability

5.1. Sabai.travel is not responsible for the actual provision of services, but takes reviews into account for further cooperation with the Organizer.

5.2. The User accepts the risks associated with activities.

6. Final Provisions

Acceptance of this Offer signifies agreement with all platform documents, including the Terms of Service, the Cancellation & Refund Policy, and the Safety Disclaimer.
