Tour Details
Baan Sukhawadee Palace and Park Complex is one of the most unusual places in Pattaya, created by billionaire Panya Chotitawan in 2000. Across 13 hectares you’ll find manicured gardens, sculptures, pavilions, and buildings in both Thai and European styles. During the tour, you’ll visit the main building with its viewing terrace, the Buddha Tower with a nine-meter statue, the Yin-Yang zone, the Buddhabaramee’s conference hall with replicas of the Emerald Buddha, an antique museum, the House of Truth with wooden carvings, and a peacock garden. The walk ends at the “Avatar” alley — illuminated beautifully in the evening. After the tour

Baan Sukhawadee
Welcome and entrance to the Baan Sukhawadee estate. A short golf-cart transfer takes you to the first stop. The route through the complex includes:
Main Building & Goddess of Mercy — a grand mansion with an open terrace offering panoramic views of the grounds and the bay.
Buddha Tower — featuring a 9.28-meter Buddha statue beneath a domed ceiling and an extensive collection of sacred images.
Yin–Yang Zone — a themed meditation area with a symbolic “path by year of birth”.
Buddhabaramee’s Convention Center — a hall with a Buddhist altar, Emerald Buddha replicas, and a Thai antique museum.
Hall of Truth — Buddhist teachings and a collection of wooden carvings imported from China. Peacock Park — freely roaming peacocks among gardens and statues.
“Avatar” Alley — futuristic illuminated trees that light up in the evening.

This excursion turned out to be a pleasant surprise for me. The territory of Baan Sukhawadee is large and very well maintained. Palaces, halls, the Buddha tower, peacocks, and beautiful alleys — everything looks unusual, sometimes even a bit extravagant. It’s very convenient that you get around the complex by golf carts, so you don’t get tired. The evening lighting adds a special atmosphere, and the dinner with a cabaret show makes for an interesting finale.
