A day trip from Pattaya to Ayutthaya: iconic temples, the history of Siam, the Buddha's head in tree roots, and …
mag289
It was a very interesting trip to Ayutthaya, with lots of temples and history packed into one day. The most impressive sights were the Buddha head entwined in tree roots and the temple where a movie was filmed - it looks truly powerful. The guide explained everything clearly and in an engaging way, and the road felt easy despite the busy program. Lunch was tasty and not spicy. By the evening we were tired, but very satisfied.
